Trivium Drums was created with one goal in mind — to deliver pro-level drum tracks fast. From the moment you launch the MIDI drum instrument, you have access to Alex Bent’s drum sound, recorded and mixed by Jens Bogren and ready for use in your next song. If you prefer mixing yourself, switch from Processed to Natural, which removes Jens’ mix processing and gives you the drum sounds just as they were originally tracked. Should you need to, open the Mixer tab where you can set the individual drum mic levels, determine the amount of bleed between the channels, add reverb, and switch in the parallel compressor. The recordings took place in the live room of Jens Bogren’s Fascination Street Studios, a world-class studio with 23 ft (7 meters) tall ceilings, filled to the brim with the most sought-after equipment you can get, and with many top-tier metal bands on the client list.
